These Terms govern the Palmeen mobile application, website and related services. By creating an account or using Palmeen, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and legally able to agree to these Terms. Provide accurate information, protect login credentials and report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for account activity unless applicable law says otherwise. Do not create multiple accounts to evade limits, rewards, enforcement or payment controls.

2. Nature of Palmeen

Palmeen offers Tarot, astrology, numerology, dream, palm, coffee-cup, face-reading, journal and virtual-reader experiences for reflection and entertainment. Some content is created or assisted by automated systems and virtual personas; a virtual reader is not a human professional unless expressly identified as human. Results are symbolic, subjective and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable.

3. Not professional advice

Palmeen does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, investment, emergency or other regulated professional advice. Content does not diagnose, create a professional relationship or guarantee future events, relationships, pregnancy, health, employment, money or any outcome. Do not delay professional help or make high-risk decisions solely from Palmeen content. Contact qualified professionals or emergency services when appropriate.

4. Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of submitted questions, notes, journals and images. You grant Palmeen a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit and display them only as needed to provide, secure and improve the requested service. You confirm you have the right and necessary consent to submit content, especially another person’s image or details. Do not upload IDs, payment data, illegal content or intimate images.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Palmeen to break law; harm, threaten, harass, exploit or impersonate; invade privacy; upload malicious code; scrape or reverse engineer except where law permits; interfere with security; automate or manipulate accounts, ads, purchases or rewards; resell access; or present generated content as deceptive professional advice. We may investigate and restrict abusive use.

6. Coins and digital content

Coins are limited, revocable in-app units unlocking eligible digital actions. They are not money, stored value, cryptocurrency, property or an investment; they cannot be transferred between people, redeemed for cash or used outside Palmeen. A limited guest balance may be transferred once to the same person’s account when they register or sign in, subject to the displayed system limit. Purchased, bonus and rewarded coins may be treated differently as shown. Prices and coin costs appear before confirmation and may change prospectively. Except where law or store policy requires otherwise, consumed coins and used digital content are not returnable.

7. Google Play purchases and refunds

Android purchases use Google Play and are subject to its terms. Credit is granted only after store and server verification. If credit is delayed, do not repurchase; use restore or contact support with the order reference. Refunds, reversals and unauthorized-purchase claims follow Google Play rules, our policy and applicable law. Refunded or reversed entitlements and unused coins may be removed; fraudulent chargebacks may restrict an account.

8. Rewarded ads

Rewarded ads are optional. Availability, duration and completion partly depend on the ad provider and network. A reward is granted only after verified completion. Early closure, failed verification, duplicate callbacks, manipulation or provider unavailability may mean no reward. We do not guarantee an ad will always be available. Automation, emulators and artificial views are prohibited.

9. Availability and changes

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Networks, stores, ads or automated-content providers may cause delays. We may maintain, modify, add, limit or discontinue features; change future prices and free limits; or require security and compatibility updates. We will not retroactively remove a completed purchase without a valid technical, fraud, refund or legal reason.

10. Intellectual property

Palmeen design, software, databases, branding, original illustrations and service content are protected. You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable use right, not ownership. Written permission is required for commercial copying, redistribution, model training, publication or creating a competing dataset from Palmeen content.

11. Suspension, termination and deletion

You may stop use and delete your account at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for material or repeated breach, fraud, security threats, unlawful or harmful conduct, or legal requirements, normally with notice when reasonable. Deletion removes data as described in the Privacy Policy; it does not automatically create a refund or remove records and obligations that must survive by law.

12. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Palmeen is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of accuracy, fitness, uninterrupted availability or a particular result. You remain responsible for choices and independent evaluation. To the extent permitted, Palmeen is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, lost opportunity or decisions based on symbolic content. Non-excludable liability and consumer rights remain unaffected.

13. Law, disputes and changes

Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected. Before a formal claim, contact support@palmeen.com and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. Applicable law and competent courts are determined by law that validly applies and cannot be displaced by these Terms. We may update these Terms with notice for material changes and renewed acceptance where required. If you disagree, stop use and delete your account before changes take effect.
