Account deletion

In the Palmeen app, open Profile, choose Security & privacy, then choose Delete account. Confirm with your password to protect your account.

If you cannot access the app

Send a request from your registered email address. Support may ask for limited information to verify ownership, but will never ask for your password.

What happens next

The account is deactivated and queued for deletion. Limited security, fraud-prevention and transaction records may be retained when legally required.
